STAFF HOUSING

Non-Academic Facility

According to a study by EdSource, the analysis found a large disparity between teacher salaries and rental housing costs in the most expensive regions of California. The cost of living in Culver City is 24% higher than the average in California. Members of the Board and community expressed a desire to explore affordable housing options to support teachers.  Therefore, a feasibility study was done to understand how staff housing could fit on the District Office site. If the District decides to move forward, below are illustrations of the feasibility studies.
